Weekly Activities
- Sunday lectures at 11 a.m.
- Wednesday evening scripture and meditation class. The current text is the Mundaka Upanishad. 8–8:50, reading and discussion; 8:50–9, meditation.
- Friday evening scripture class, 8–9 pm. Texts, by turn, are the Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Gospel of the Holy Mother.
- Karma Yoga on Saturday mornings, from 9 to 1.
Hours
- Daily from 4 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday also from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (see Karma Yoga).
- Sunday lectures at 11 a.m.
- Closed on Monday.
Evening Worship or Arati
- Daily 6:30 p.m., followed by silent meditation.
Monthly
- Ram Nam, singing the names of Sri Rama, on (usually) the first Saturday night of the month. 7:30 pm. Followed by pot-luck supper.
- Youth group meeting, one Saturday afternoon.
Occasional
- Satsang every night at 8 o’clock, when senior monks are visiting the center.

- New Year’s Day: Kalpataru Day celebration, the day on which Sri Ramakrishna blessed his disciples with illumination.

Interviews
Private meetings with a resident swami or one of the visiting swamis may be scheduled either by phone or in person.
Social Service
Some center members participate in social service, or seva activities, with Shepherd’s Table and Meals on Wheels. Please contact the center for more information.
Annual Retreat
The center conducts an annual retreat over the Labor Day Weekend every year.
